Who Was Jennifer Hernandez?
Jennifer Hernandez was the 20-year-old woman who was shot and killed in the shooting. As to the police, Jennifer was going out along with her 17-year-old boyfriend when she was stopped by a car and the gunman came out of nowhere and shot at the car. The car’s shield broke and the glass broke as well. Jennifer left the Shell station in Houston when the car appeared all of a sudden behind her and the gunman shot at her. Although Jennifer’s 17 years old boyfriend was saved and is getting treated at the hospital, Jennifer and her child did not survive the shooting and passed away. The gunman shot multiple strikes at the car injuring the couple severely.
What Happened with Jennifer Hernandez?
Jennifer was eight months pregnant and she was just a month away from giving birth to her first child. As per her family members of Jennifer, it was her baby shower the day after when she was killed. All of the family members were heartbroken when they heard about the news of the death. The poor child as well was killed inside the mother’s womb. The car that followed Jennifer’s car was a white sedan that sped up and appeared in front of Jennifer’s car out of nowhere. The suspects’ car has a paper license plate and tinted windows as well. Jennifer’s family stated that Jennifer and her boyfriend were not involved in any type of altercation or fight earlier with anyone.

The case is unclear as the gunman’s motive behind the killing is not known. If it was a robbery case then he/she should have robbed the two but they did not do so. Maybe the ace was something related to hated or rivalry. Jennifer’s death was just unjustified and untimely. Her family members aid in the statement that Jennifer was all set to give birth to her first child and she was excited as well for her first child. They added that she wanted to open a nail salon after giving birth to her child. Jennifer’s family members set up a go-fund page for the funeral expenses and to give her a proper burial.
